✸ Each video will contain 1 min meditation and 5-10 min of practice

✸ Each video will have a worksheet attached encouraging you to read for 10 min per day, go outside and take 5 deep breaths, journaling for 10 min (journal prompt), meditation, and yoga practice

✸ Each yoga practice is gentle and meant for beginners.  We move slowly and mindfully. Taking time to feel into our bodies in a kind and loving way.

Find your yoga practice that will best suit your self-love journey. What do you love about yourself

Week 2 Love letter
Creating a love letter to yourself and identifying what comes up for you and what you focus on.

Week 3 Picture This
Daily picture exercise focusing on emotion and authenticity. 

Week 4 Mirror Mirror
Focusing on mirror work - I will guide you through this process as we go through the course.
