About the

This practice gives you the courage and safe space to face these heavy emotions and sensations.  These emotions are buried deep in your muscles, and begging to come out.  

This will be a yin yoga style of practice.  It will be coupled with guided mindset/meditation from me.  We will be confronting some inner child work/ past trauma/grief/etc, with the goal of coming home.

A lot of feelings may come up including Tears, Weeping, Pain, Anger, Frustration, Disappointment, Helplessness, and/or Grief.

Set your expectation bar low.  The goal is to release trauma, and sometimes the first step is just thinking about it.  You may do this entire practice and not feel a thing.  This is normal, especially if you’re not ready to confront these emotions.
