In the first part of Soul Strength, we’re laying the foundation for your transformative journey. You’ll receive seven flows in this section, each carefully designed to introduce you to key aspects of yoga, including vinyasa, mobility, strength, and flexibility. You’ll learn how to connect your movement with your breath, deepening your mind-body connection with each practice.

I'm Tiffany Croww
After receiving my 200-hour certification from Tower Yoga in 2019, I realized I wanted to dive deeper into making yoga accessible for everyone. I pursued additional certifications in accessible yoga, yoga for plus-size bodies, prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, yoga for trauma release, and trauma-informed yoga. Living in a plus-size body has shaped my practice, and it’s taught me that yoga is for every body, no matter what shape or size.

That understanding has led me to create courses that truly work for my students. I started with Yoga for Complete Fat Beginners, which became one of my best-selling courses, helping plus-size people see that yoga is about connecting to the breath and moving in ways that feel good. From there, I developed the 75 Self-Love Course, which gives you permission to move your body for just 10 minutes a day, honoring where you are.

Over the last two years, I’ve been listening to what my community really needs. Time and time again, the request for a program focusing on overall strength came up—strength that’s physical, inner, and soul-deep.
