This is a yoga course designed for fat people in mind. If you are new to yoga or finding a current yoga practice, this course is perfect for you! This course specifically focuses on the journey of self-love and empowerment. 

✸ 75 Daily Pre-recorded Yoga Videos (1 min meditation and 5-10 min of practice)

✸ Each video will have a worksheet attached encouraging you to read for 10 min per day, go outside and take 5 deep breaths, journaling for 10 min (journal prompt), meditation, and yoga practice

✸ Each yoga practice is gentle, and meant for beginners.  We move slowly and mindfully. Taking time to feel into our bodies in a kind and loving way.

This practice gives you the courage and safe space to face these heavy emotions and sensations.  These emotions are buried deep in your muscles and begging to come out.  

This will be a yin yoga style of practice.  It will be coupled with guided mindset/meditation from me.  We will be confronting some inner child work/past trauma/grief/etc, with the goal of coming home.

 The goal is to release trauma, and sometimes the first step is just thinking about it.  You may do this entire practice and not feel a thing.  This is normal, especially if you’re not ready to confront these emotions.

Hi! I’m Tiffany! You might know me as the Fat Yogi or Tiffany Croww from Instagram and Tik Tok. I’ve been on my own personal body neutrality journey for a few years now. It all started for me at 30, when I was pregnant with my daughter.  I realized that I was her female role model.  And I was tired of being on a diet and hating my body.  I had no idea I was spiraling, and had 2 eating disorders.  After many years of therapy, shadow work, and all the other things, I have found this happy place within myself.  And I want to share this with others.  It’s not a radical concept to love yourself unapologetically.  But it sure as hell isn’t easy! 

I found a local yoga studio where I felt happy, and signed up for their yoga teacher training.  This teacher training helped me see even more where my work was needed.  I knew my goal was to help others find the joy.  I earned my 200 hr certification in Jan 2020, and have been teaching online ever since.

Prior to finding this amazing yoga career, I worked in the corporate world.  I had a stable job, worked 50+ hours a week, and hated my life.  That’s how life is supposed to be, right?  I am so glad I don’t think that way anymore.  Now I get to help all the women find the joy in their bodies, movement, and their life. 

I spent all of 2020 working one on one with many women, which helped me to see exactly the program I needed to develop.  The one on one yoga sessions turned into self love, therapy, laughter, and working through all the shadow work.  This was hard work, but I am so grateful for these clients to help me pave the way to this program.

Personally, I live in Fresno, CA with my husband and 2 children. I love good coffee, food, and traveling with the family. In my spare time, you can find me raising money for local dog shelters, and relaxing in my hot tub.
