This practice gives you the courage and safe space to face these heavy emotions and sensations.  These emotions are buried deep in your muscles and begging to come out.  

This will be a yin yoga style of practice.  It will be coupled with guided mindset/meditation from me.  We will be confronting some inner child work/past trauma/grief/etc, with the goal of coming home.

 The goal is to release trauma, and sometimes the first step is just thinking about it.  You may do this entire practice and not feel a thing.  This is normal, especially if you’re not ready to confront these emotions.

Hi! I’m Tiffany! I decided to become a yoga teacher in 2019 when I realized I wanted to share my love of yoga.  I have since trained with 5 different, trainers, kinstretch, mobility, somatic, and trauma informed teachers.  This was very powerful for me, because so many people come to me with injury, or feeling like they can't do yoga or start a movement program without losing weight first.  I teach yoga, mobility, and strength training to help heal and connect with your body.  I want to show you that you can, and that it has little to do with your weight.  Let me show you how.
